Project Agreement
Each project will be governed by a separate quotation, proposal, or agreement outlining project scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, and deliverables.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Supply required content, images, and credentials on time.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly.
- Make payments according to agreed milestones.
Payments
Payments are due according to the agreed quotation or contract. Project work may be paused if payments are delayed. Any applicable taxes will be charged separately where required.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment.
- TechNeural retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, reusable code, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property used during development.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.
Revisions
Revision limits will be defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may integrate third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, AI providers, or cloud platforms. TechNeural is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
TechNeural shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
Warranty
We strive to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with future third-party updates unless covered by an ongoing maintenance agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
